Thank you for visiting and shopping at HorizonVibe. We ship our high-quality apparel to the USA, Canada, and Australia. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing & Production Time (Handling)
Because our products are custom-printed just for you, every order requires a production period before shipping. 
• Estimated Production Time: 2 - 5 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location:
• USA: 3 - 7 business days after production.
• Canada: 4 - 9 business days after production.
• Australia: 5 - 12 business days after production.

*Please note: Total time to receive your order = Production Time + Shipping Time.*

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within 24 hours.
