RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At HorizonVibe, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
- Sale items and final sale products are not eligible for return
- Proof of purchase required

How to start a return:
Email us at support@horizonvibe.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will reply within 24-48 hours with instructions.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
For size exchanges, contact us first. Subject to stock availability.
